Worst service EVER

Makro Cape Gate is the worst.

I ordered an item received it and when I want to return it they take forever. I returned the item the same day DSV delivered it. That was the 6th of December. Till this day it has not been collected. Since then I have called them wasting my airtime and money. Now I am paying for 2 items and they still haven't refunded me and still haven't collected it. I have hold on for more than 20min to speak to the supervisor. No one answered.

This is the worst service I have ever received in my life. And will not be buying from them ever again.

I want my refund before the end of this week. This is ridiculous.
