Worst service ever

Makro Polokwane always provide worst customer experience ever, i am tired of it. I regret the day my mom took the credit card with makro because you always provide her with the worst experience. On th 5th October 2020 she went to pay her credit card at Game Store Makhado. To her suprise she was receiving messages from Makro that she did not pay her account, so she decided to go to Makro at Polokwane to enquire about it with the proof of payment. They refused to assist her and told her to go back to where she paid the account. Makro you need to do something about the service in Makro Polokwane surely your staff are failing people everyday.
