WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a Samsung washer on 25 February 2026 from Makro. We phone and reported that the washer was making a loud noise and have been left without a washer for the last 8 days!!!!!!!!!

The service that Samsung & Makro has given me and my family is unacceptable! Everyone is happy when they need to take your money but when it comes to fixing the problem we as clients must sit back and wait.

I am a working mother and on the road most of the time. How am I supposed to get our work and school close clean!

I will never in my life by another Samsung product!
