Worst service ever!!!!

I ordered over R3000.00 worth of goods from Makro on the 11th of September and I am still waiting for delivery. When I phone, they keep on saying it is on its way and the courier will phone me, well when the courier phoned, he didn't have the complete order and canceled the delivery again. No communication whatsoever from Makro and also, they say the order will be delivered within 2 days which is a lie. I had to phone them to cancel the order and are now waiting for my refund. I wonder how long will I wait for that?
