Worst Service Ever
Worst service ever, on the 5th of April i got a damaged, **** stanley cup, I logged a return on the same day. They only came to collect the item on the 25th of April. Today I get an email that my return is approved that they will collect the item. How do I get that email today, I am waiting for the refund and I get a stupid return approved. Their whatsapp, Facebook are useless always getting automated stupid emails. Wish people would stop ordering from Makro Online, they are a bunch of ****mers. Even the 1 rating you don't deserve it.

What's going on, can I get a proper reply on what's going on not automated reply, this is getting ridiculously now. How can a reputable company ****. Did I force you guys to sell **** stanley cup, it is my fault it was damaged. This is really getting ridiculous. I feel like I am in a losing battle. Can you solve my query
