WORST SERVICE EVER!

To whom it may concern,

Today is another month that passed and my LG freezer is still not working. I was overseas for two weeks, got back on Monday and been phoning the warrantee department for updates. If I haven’t phoned them they still would have not given me any updates. The parts for the freezer was still not ordered. It disgust me how poor your service is.

I will not be buying from your store as the level of service is absolutely disgraceful.

I will be leaving a review on Hello Peter and I hope my e-mail gets to management level.

MAKRO YOUR SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT.
