Worst service ever

I bought groceries online at Makro Wonderboom which is taking ages to be delivered. My order is marked as completed while I haven’t received the order, tried calling the store to get clarity and I was attended by a very rude female consultant who didn’t even advise her name.

It is so unprofessional for consultant to wanna tell you how to should feel with the service they offering after trying multiple times to get through the store. She even gave me a number that doesn’t exist just to hang my phone and she didn’t want to admit this.
