WORST SERVICE EVER

Hi, I just came back from the Strubens Valley Makro branch, i bought a Terrace Leisure 3M Santorini Cantilever Umbrella. After having to fight my way through the isles as your staff just pushes and shoves customers and their trolleys out of the way so they can go through. Secondly the trolleys are USELESS!!!! They cant turn or even go straight, as a mom of a 3 year old having to try and buy my items as quick as possible and get out so we can avoid drama this was SUCH a mission to try and stear a broken Trolley through the isle's and still have your staff shove everyone around. This was the most unpleasant experience i have EVERY had. I got home and opened the Cantilever umbrella that i bought ONLY to find out in the box it says that you need a 13.5KG cantilever umbrella base before you can use it! Why did the sales men at the patio section not tell me when i asked??? This is SO annoying as i have to put my 3 year old in my car AGAIN, go to the same store AGAIN, use the Trolleys AGAIN, get shoved around AGAIN just to go get a 13.5KG foot base that your *********** staff did not tell me about when asked! I have had it with Makro and will take my business elsewhere!!!
