WORST SERVICE EVER !!!!!

This is the WORSE service I`ve ever experience!!! Bought a Brand New Redmi 4X cell phone in Novemeber 2017 and 4 months later the speaker packed up. Returned it to Makro Wonderboom where I`ve bought it and start following up after 2 weeks calling them everyday and 4 weeks later nobody can tell me what`s happening and even having Makro to start CC me in the mails to Mi Service Team,because they can`t be contacted ,only via email and they Mi Service Team sending me a request on 17/05/2018 for the fist time to provide them with waybill number... Seroiusly ....and you don`t even know if the phone is repaired or where it is. Everyone is just passing the buck and I`m the one without a phone ,and this is the Worst Customer Service .. NO Service at all or after sales service!!!! Think twice before you want to purchase these phones and I will never ever support you again !!!!!
