Worst service ever

I ordered a usb wifi adapter online as there were none on the shelves which matched the specs I was looking for. A week later I call to follow up and they say it's being picked and will be delivered in 2 days. 2 days later I call again as no delivery and get the same story. Always the same story every 2 days when i call. It's now 3 weeks since I placed the order and I'm still hearing the same thing that it is being picked as we speak. This is honestly pathetic. I ask to speak to managers and everytime I do so they are apparently on holiday. The gentleman that made these promises every time was a Thabiso Ditsele. And according to the agent I spoke to today she received the same complaint yesterday regarding empty promises that he was trying to rectify "as we speak" which now means my product will only be dispatched Tuesday. To be delivered within 5 working days. Worst service imaginable. Last time I order from makro online. I have read previous hellopeter complaints about them regarding the same issue and seems everytime they just all get the same automated message as a reply. No idea if there is any follow ups even Ps. Been waiting for a call from Thabiso for more than a week now
