Worst Service Ever !

i bought a fridge online on the 23 rd of November andit was supposed to be delivered within 5 working day , to this day i am still waiting and when i call i am being sent from pillar to post no help is given , as i am typing this i spoke to a lady by the name of Dorcas who is very very rude words cannot explain her rudeness she even dropped a call on my ear , i am frustrated now because i paid for that fridge and no one is able to assist me , IS IT THE SERVICE THAT ONE GETS FROM MAKRO????
