worst service ever

did my online order on the 24 which i still not ready for collection. I have been calling the online department with no assistance. i called makro wonderboom and didnt get any assistance. they told me they will process it by yesterday which did no happen. I am angry, annoyed, but mostly I a dissatisfied and disappointed. I don't know what to do anymore. I've used my airtime up trying to sort out this issue
