WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with Makro and buying something online. I have spent R11 000 on a treadmill that has still not been delivered to me. I have made so many calls to the call centre. Ref (***) no one can tell me when it will arrive or just call me back. I am currently on the line with Lerato from the call centre, she is laughing while I express to her how irritated I am that no one bothers to call me back or give me feedback, I am holding now for 30 min for her supervisor to speak to me..STILL HOLDING. She thinks it is a big joke. Not to mention the person I spoke to before this just put the phone down. When will this be delivered to me or when will I get my money back at least then?
