Worst service ever

We bought a stove there on Saturday.Was delivered on 11/03/24 I went there to complain about the item.I was told it would get exchanged today.We are still waiting.We have no stove now because we are waiting for them.We phone yesterday about the problem so the sales agent **** to my mother.That is the worst service I ever got from them.I phoned the store at 17h45 & the call was canceled on there side.How can a store handle customers like that.
