Worst service especially on returning an item.

I have never been so disappointed in my life! I've logged in a return of an item I bought on the 26th of December. Today it's the 14th of Jan literally 19 days after I've logged the return and Nothing is happening. I've called Makro every single day and everyday I keep hearing the same story. Makro has really disappointed me to the core especially since I always prefer purchasing online. I've sent emails and called ro different people but nothing happens. I'm so disappointed. Makro doesn't only owe me my refund, they owe me emotional stress amd the money I spent on emails and calls just to get them to collect an item.
