Worst Service!!!

Stay away!!! Worst customer experience EVER!! Never in my life will I ever buy something from Makro online again!!! We bought a 40m patio misting kit online. We placed the order the morning of the 6 December 2023. In bright yellow it is stated you will receive delivery within 2 to 5 days. Yesterday the 5 days is passed and nothing, you can phone and follow up no reply!!! And this was a birthday present - Absolutely disgusting
