Worst service by Makro Online shopping

I ordered a gazebo on the 26th of November 2022. On the 17th December 2022 I received a notification on my app that my order was with the courier and should expect an sms on the day of delivery. They were not making any contact until I did through Twitter. On the 15th January 2023 I a call that they will refund me as they don't have stock. Now my question is where's the order that was collected from shop by courier?
