Makro online shopping - what a joke.
Order placed on the 25th August and they state eta on delivery is 2 to 5 working days, Today is day 6 and my order is still in progress.
I have sent an email and tried calling customer service a number of times and the line just rings.
I have a better chance of ordering something on Ali Express and it arriving before Makro does, better yet I am sure I could get my license renewed even faster.
Terrible....

Your email stated that my order would be delivered today, this did not happen.
If its not false advertising on estimated delivery time lines then we as customers get false promises.
Sad, I will never recommend Makro Online shopping to anyone.
