Worst service at Makro Riversands

On March 24th, I placed an order at Makro Riversands, and as of today, I still haven't received it. When I inquired about my order, I was informed that I didn't answer the phone when they called. This is a lie. Usually when there is a delivery at the gate, I receive a call from Security.

I even gave them an alternative phone but still I haven't received my order.
