Worst service and unprofessional

I have ordered an item on the 23 December 2025 On the 11 January 2026 they sent me an email to say they are going to refund my order. The 12 I am opening in my business I would need the printer to print documents for clients. They advised that money will credited in 10 days. Where will my business be in 10 days.
