Worst service and staff ever

So 2 x hellopeter posts, uncountable calls to the call centre, and the Woodmead branch itself and still 2 weeks later I don't have all my items!!!

What does it actually take for Makro to assist you and sort out their mess?

I have never encountered such poor service and lack of interest from the staff in my life.

I will complain on every platform until this is resolved.
