Worst service
On September 2, I placed an order, but as of now, I haven't received it. Customer service representatives from Makro Wonderboom are really disrespectful and will hang up the phone while you are speaking. Since Thursday, July 7, when I first called Makro customer service, they have given me the same information, "Order was dispatched on the Fourth," but they have not followed up with the courier.
