worst service

My sister received the worst service ever from Makro. She placed orders online for Easter and i can assure you till today the Items were not delivered and she's failing to get any feedback from. Her kids were without Easter eggs because they failed to deliver something so simple. She hasn't gotten a refund nor any feedback as to where the order is! she called on several occasions asking to speak to a manager and she was told that that's impossible as there's certain processes to be followed.

This is by far the worst service ever.
