Worst service

Super disappointed with Makro online,Ordered 3 items on 19 Dec 2025 as a birthday gift for a friend. 2 arrived fine, but the 3rd was a no-show. Followed up on 30 Dec, they said they'd update... next thing I get is a cancellation message! Said refund in 3-5 days, still waiting. Now 7-14 days with no help. Messages ignored, WhatsApp messages unanswered... Makro really spoiled it. Worst service EVER!
