WORST service!!!!!

If there was an option to give them less than one star I would've done that. I bought two bicycles from them as a birthday gift for my children. On the day that we received them I immediately logged a return due to items being missing, and received no response. Absolute crickets. The bikes were assembled, and used for exactly two weeks, before they started absolutely falling apart. Another return request logged, and yet again no response. I contacted Makro via email, again via the Whatsapp channel, and I called in.

Eventually Makro indicated that they aren't the supplier of the item, even though it was bought from them. At long last the items were collected without ANY notice on 15.10.2025. Upon collection the courier damaged the item, which Makro has now indicated is my problem, and i will need to sort that out myself. I received an update that the supplier has rejected my refund and the items will be returned to me. The refund being rejected because the item is used.

Today is 27.11.2025... We have no bicycles, no refund, and still no feedback.
