Worst service !!

Worst service ever. I did a online purchase on the 24th November, on black friday for a washing machine and selected delivery. To this date I have no received my Washing machine. What makes it even worse no one from Makro even bother to contact me, I have made many calls to the contact center, to be told that they have a back log and that my machine was handed over to courier on the 5th December , What takes over a month to be delivered to a local place ? When requested for a refund was told they can't do it until the courier deliveries and I need to reject it , Today is actually a month that this order was purchased and paid for. Bad customer service ever. Will never recommended Makro to anyone.
