Worst service

I would like to share the experience that I have encountered with Makro store Woodmead. I have purchased and online order with order number MAK***, my order was then delivered on the 29th of January 2024 with some items missing. I emailed the store immediately to inform them of the situation, and I was told they will investigate and and provide with feedback. Feedback was not received from then and I followed up with calls and emails and that's when I was promised the shipment will be delivered. On the 12th I got a call from Makro and I was advised that my shipment was out on delivery, for which it was never delivered to my house. I contacted Makro again today and the agent just laughed at me and said the shipment will be delivered tomorrow. I am tired of the runaround that Makro is giving me as I need those goodies for my child's school lunch. Please assist as Makro is not willing to assist. I have suffered enough with them not providing with the service and not communicating.
