Worst Service

I bought a tablet for my child in September 2023 , in January it cracked on the inside and the touch screen stopped working. I had a 6 months warranty, contacted them and they told me they would collect it of which they did. Few days later they told me that the tablet had scratches on the outside which was a sign that I wasn't taking care of it well. They didn't even try to figure why it cracked on the inside. Don't waste your time with them.
