Worst Service. 12 Days and delivery

Good Day

I am awaiting my order since 18 Dec.

No one has even bothered to call me back.

Worst service I have ever received. It's clear Makro does not care for their customers.

It takes almost 30min or more to get to the call centre. I have left multiple enquiries. To date no order.

All I want are the 2 x bottles of whiskey I paid for 12 days ago.
