Worst Service

I placed an order for a table online. When I opened the table it had a big hole in. I immediately logged a return but never received any feedback. I called and they said they will log a ticket and someone will be in touch. Eventually on day 3 someone rep**** to my whatsapp complaints but still no solution. I have a function on saturday this is why I placed the order in the first place. I also cant take it to the store for return because its online only. This is the worst service ever
