Worst service

The so-called manager I spoke with, Nompumelelo, showed little interest in hearing my question, which has remained unanswered for a week. Makro management has no regard for its clients. She lacked understanding, was quite unprofessional, and wasn't ready to put in the time to investigate and verify their system. Makro is not eager to assist, and I have been waiting for a reimbur*****t for a week.
