WORST RETURNS POLICY - Don't waste your money

Absolutely disgusted with Makro Milnerton! The customer service team are rude and unhelpful. I placed an online order for a massaging mat for my mother from overseas. Before placing the order, I was advised that she would be able to return it without a problem. For over 3 weeks now I've been trying to log a return request and instead get sent in circles, given no specific person to speak to, and simply get an automated response that my requests have been denied. When I reply to emails, I simply get rerouted to the website. ZERO HELP FROM MAKRO. They have the WORST returns policy of any store. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! SAVE YOUR MONEY.
