Worst return service ever

To avoid stress do no order anything online from Makro. They provide the worst return service ever.

I purchased an iPhone charger on December 20. 2024, and it was delivered on January 8,2025.

On the same day the shipment was delivered, I requested a return. On January 10,2025, I received an email confirming that they had received my return request. There has no communication or courier sent to pick up the parcel as of today. When I called customer service, there was no answer. No response on facebook or twitter.
