Worst Retailer Under the Sun

The worst company to buy anything from. You get a guarantee on goods however when needing to return it they have all kinds of excuses not to make good on the promises. Would not suggest anyone to use this retailer. I have since I have handed my Microwave to Makro on 1 July made contact on 3 consecutive days for feedback. They keep on taking my contact number indicating that someone will call back, but needless to say they never do. This retailer is keeping clients (including their money) hostage and do not care about after sales. As long as they have your money they have no obligation to provide any kind of service.
