WORST PURCHASE AT MAKRO ONLINE

I bought a Samsung 15kg washing machine online 7/03/25 and when it was delivered it was unboxed(demo product) and faulty(terrible motor sounds and not working).Since that day I'm being sent from pillar to post and today they just rejected my return and say the best they can do is to repair...that time I paid R7k for a brand new machine.Makro online is terrible,customer service worst...infact all thing makro now are appalling...twas just last month when I went to makro wonderboom to do grocery shopping and a cashier bought herself gambling vouchers in between my groceries...that I only discovered when I was checking my slip...and when I went back I was just given my money back and learnt that my case was not special...it's beeeeennn happening...but makro online takes the cake
