Worst place - dont ever buy from Makro

There should be a rating of 0 out of 5. I have been waiting for a refund from Makro for over 2 months. I have called and emailed but now I have to resort to putting my complaint here (which I do not like to do). I think Makro has lost me forever as a customer and I will never order online or go to their stores ever again.
