Worst place and service do not buy from them!!!!!

The service you receive at Makro online customer support is non existent because i order 3 items on the 7th of December and i only received 2 items with separate deliveries not even one delivery and the 3de item that is the most expensive one was for my 3 year old daughter for Christmas it was supposed to be delivered on Monday 16th December and till today no word from them even though i have tried the whole week to find out what is going on all they tell me after i have been put on hold for longer that 30 min on several calls that i have made this week to makro is they will email the supplier and they will get back to me and that was on Monday when they told me that witch they did not do on Wednesday i wrote a nasty mail to makro telling them what i think of there service and how pathetic it is etc. they called me on Thursday telling me that the supplier cancelled my order because there is no stock and my money will be refunded and i am still waiting yesterday when i called in again that lady told me that the order was never cancelled and they don’t know what refund i am talking about so i am fed up with makro’s **** service.
