Worst online store ever

The worst online store you can ever order from. I ordered my things in the 1st of December all in the hope that their delivery date is legit as these groceries were going to Harare. 11 days later I am sitting in the store and noone knows where my order is. Absolutely nobody. And this is an hour later.
