WORST ONLINE SHOPPING MAKRO ALBERTON

Makro Alberton has given me sleepless nights order numbers MAK***, I purchased products to the amount of R14 000 the online portal would not allow me to purchase both for collection or delivery for over 48 hours. I finally removed some products and opted to buy elsewhere, upon buying for order number MAK***, they remove some products stating they are out of stock, they infuriating thing is these products if you check stated they have stock and none of these products were on sale. If after receiving the invoice the money they would refund me does not allow me to buy the same products which is day light ******* and an accounting error on their side. I emailed them this and they simply ignored my query. Upon seeing that the same products have stock available I repurchased on order number MAK*** yesterday, and I just got an email claiming they don't have stock on some of the 3 products AGAIN. Why advertise you have stock when you do not. No one cares to respond to queries on time. Worst online shopping ever, and this is not the first time i have encountered this. What a disgrace, I need someone to explain to me why the refund money will not be enough to repurchase the same products with none of them being on sale who are you people trying to rob? worst service ever. NEVER AGAIN
