Worst online shopping experience I have had

I ordered an item online on the 30th of November, it arrived about a week later and I immediately returned it as it was not the size I thought it would be. The refund was supposed to take 5-7 working days, we are now in week 3 and I still have no resolution on this. I have been calling and emailing them with little to no response. Appalling service from them.
