WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

I purchased items from Makro online over a month ago. The products arrived by me TOTALLY INCORRECT of what was advertised firstly. Secondly the one box was clearly opened before, repacked in egg boxes and sent back, which was just sent to me again. I have spoken to Makro agents more than 4 times, logged calls etc to return these useless products but still today "the couriers are to blame" or there is NO FEEDBACK, NO AFTER SERVICE just nothing. I will not encourage anyone to buy anything from Makro online ever!!!!
