Worst Online Shopping Experience EVER
Placed an order online with Makro. The order got split into 7 deliveries on different dates. Of the 7, 1 is now 8 days late, another one is now 2 days late, 1 got cancelled with a message THAT THE REFUND AMOUNT MIGHT DIFFER and on another delivery the complete wrong items was delivered. So 3 of the 7 was delivered and one the one refund they state I will not get the amount back I paid for the item due to promotion offers and SHIPPING CHARGES???
Enough said.

It is clear they don't care so I will go out of my way to make everyone aware of this horrible service and company so that people can be warned of what to expect before they end where so many of us ended. Stand up against these pathetic companies so they either fix their issues or close their doors.

13 Dec 2024, 18:15Got the last of my 7 orders and only received 5 of the 10 items. They spent more than an hour looking through the truck for the stuff. Did not sign the delivery note as it does not show anything about what was delivered or not, basically a blank page. You are absolutely shockingly pathetic. 3 out of 7 deliveries was actually done correctly and of that 3 only 1 was on time. The other 4 had 2 cancelled, 1 complete wrong delivery and now 1 where only half the items was delivered.

This is more than pathetic, this is ******** as it I paid for goods that got cancelled and never refunded, delivered wrongly (the wrong item returned) and not refunded and half the goods delivered and not refunded. What do we call this, ***** or theft?
