Worst online shopping experience ever!
NEVER EVER ORDER ONLINE!!
I made a purchase on the first morning of Black Friday on the 27th of November. To date the 11th of December not even an estimated delivery date could be given. I have made 6 calls to the call center, each ending with the case has been escalated and someone will be in touch. And of course that never happens, I just want a refund for my purchase at this stage as this kind of store doesn't deserve support from anyone. Worst decision of my life buying from this online store!
