Worst online shopping experience ever!

Makro has the worst online shopping experience EVER! Bought a bicycle on the 2nd of December 2024. Delivery should have taken place on the 6th of December. Did phone the ***to confirm the order as I have to put in leave to be home to receive the parcel, they did confirm all is 100%. Phoned Sunday the 8th again and got told that Monday the 9th I will receive my bicycle. It is Tuesday the 10 and still waiting. What a ****py company. They have 20 000 reviews and 17 844 are complaining about their bad service, It’s on me not reviewing Makro before making a purchase. Thought it was a big company and didn’t think the service will stink the way it does. They are NOT equipped to handle online shopping at all.
