Worst online shopping experience

This is first time I ordered from Makro online. And most definitely the last time. This experience was absolutely horrible. I will never order online , I will only shop in store from now on.

-1st item received was on time but was faulty. -2nd item was received 2 days late and was incomplete. Only a trolley with no case as advertised.

Your refund policy is also terrible compared to Takealot.

I was told the 1st Item must be shipped back to the supplier and he will assess the product and decide if its faulty!?? And only after that I must wait 14 business days to get a refund if the supplier deems its necessary. At Takealot you just drop off the product and get either credit immediately or wait 2 business days for refund

This is absolutely unacceptable from a major chain brand like Makro.

I will from now on only shop online @ Takealot.
