WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

My previous review was rep**** to by ***, apologizing for the inconvenience on 6 February 2025. They promised to contact makro online to refund my money. Till today I have not received any refund , after numerous phone calls and emails to the above email address not even an acknowledgement or any contact from Makro online. It seems they contact you only to stop one from contacting the ombudsman. We'll I think I have waited long enough now! The freezer was bought and paid for on 11 December 2024, today marks 3months and 2 weeks of Makro lying to me. I bought the freezer on my Game RCS account and I'm paying back, not only the cost of the freezer but also the interest on this hire purchase. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!
