WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!!

The WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!! 😡 I placed an order last month and it arrived in dribs and drabs and I still haven't received everything but when I check the online tracking it says it is delivered. There's no way for me to contact the delivery people or log a ticket to say I never received it. I have sent multiple emails to the support email address, tried the whatsapp line and still nothing! I want a REFUND for the undelivered items!!! 😡 I don't have the time or airtime to sit on a call trying to get through either.
