Worst online shopping experience
I should not be giving Makro even a single star. They don't deserve it. I ordered a Defy hob on 30 July 2023. Their own system indicated delivery will take 2-5 days. Today, on the 08 August 2023 I still do not have my order. I have made over ten calls and written an email. Still no delivery despite promises. This is my last order from Makro. I just beg them to deliver whereafter I'll be out of their business.

10 Aug 2023, 11:22It is a ******** offence to take a person's money and not handover the goods paid for. I am still waiting for my stove. Your courier company has not delivered and you still keep my money.

10 Aug 2023, 18:17Quick update: Received a call from Mpho at 15:12 advising that the courier would call me after an hour. Now it is 18:16, the courier has still not called. This is a disgrace from Makro who have my money and the item ordered.
