worst online shopping by far

I ordered microSD cards online on the 13th of January 2026 and received them very fast. The cards were ****; I sent them back on the 14th of January, 2026. Up to today, the 2nd of February, 2026, no refund, no exchange, and no communication. Makro is by far the worst online shop expiernce i ever had.
