Worst online shopping

Worst online shopping experience. I cancelled an order after an hour of creating it. This was done via the call centre AND I did an online chat with an agent to double confirm that it was cancelled. I received confirmation of this cancellation. The order was delivered a week later which I refused and sent back. I then received a phone call saying that the money will be refunded to cc. Three weeks later, they are trying to deliver AGAIN. I emailed wumdrop and they confirmed they will cancel. They came to my home on Saturday to deliver and I refused again. Spoke to the driver. Today I received an sms abt delivery again. I want my money refunded as I CANCELLED this order a month ago!
